Every sheet you press Save to my library on lands here, in this browser on this device. Open one to keep working on it; Duplicate to start a variation. Copy the sheet text to keep a sequence anywhere else.

How to use the builder

Pick the class style above. The sheet re-labels into that class's sections, each with a note on what belongs there.

Tap a section on the sheet to make it active. It highlights in the class color.

Tap poses and blocks on the left and they drop into the active section. Flip Chain with → to string taps into one vignette line. Suns and flows ask how many rounds. Import pastes one you already wrote onto the sheet; Transform rewrites the sheet for another class with the swaps shown as dashed suggestions you accept or dismiss. On the Hot Part, Structure ▾ offers vignettes, standing series, ladder, matrix loop and more, with empty lines to fill.

Edit in place: click any line to type, Enter for a new line, Tab to indent a sub-bullet, drag ⋮⋮ to reorder, ⏱ marks a line if time or cut first. Set the class length and each section's minutes so the bar adds up. Put your name in Written by. Then clear the flags in Sequence check, Save to library to come back to it later (saved in this browser only), Save as PDF for a copy that travels, and Copy the sheet text to paste it wherever your homework goes.

Import a sequence

Paste a sequence in your shorthand — from Notes, a Google Doc, a photo transcription, anything. Section headers (Centering & Warm Up, Hot Part, Cool Down, Close…) are recognized; lines with x5 get a count; poses are matched to the library so the checks work.

Ways to build the hot part, from the Elevate sequencing training and your own library. Pick one and it shapes the Hot Part with empty lines to fill; tap poses with Chain with → on and they fill the selected line.
